2001 Hearings on County Board Regulations

In February and March of 2001 the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission completed three public hearings on the county boating regulations (Chapter 72 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances). The hearings were held at the request of County Executive Kathleen Falk, County Board Chair Kevin Kesterson, and County Board Supervisors John Hendrick and Al Matano. The Lakes and Watershed Commission, after deliberations in May, June and July, issued its recommendations ( Download Viewer ) in August 2001.
